The fine print
Privacy
In one breath: the enquiry form is the only place this site takes your details, those details go to our partner removalist, who quotes for your move. The detail follows.
What arrives with your enquiry
An enquiry hands us exactly the fields you filled: name, callback number, email if you gave one, the two suburbs, your date, the dwelling choice and your message. Where the Two Doors planner wrote a plan into the message box for you, that text sat visibly in the box before sending, editable like anything else; nothing invisible rides along with it.
Beyond the form, measurement stays deliberately thin. Page views are tallied in aggregate on the server side (page and country, never a profile of you), with no advertising trackers anywhere. The one interactive third-party piece is Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the form, which may set a functional cookie of its own while verifying the submission is human.
Where the details go
They go into planning, quoting and calling you back about the move you described, and nowhere fancier. Your enquiry goes to our partner removalist, who quotes for your move. We are paid for the referral. Signing you up to marketing you never asked for does not happen here.
How long they stay
Enquiry records live for the working life of the job they describe plus a sensible follow-up period, then go out in periodic clean-ups.
Correcting or removing them
Want to know what we hold, have it fixed, or have it gone? Put a note through the enquiry form flagged as a privacy request and it will be honoured, with the answer in writing.
Infrastructure
The site is delivered over Cloudflare's network, which handles requests the way any hosting layer must. Turnstile is the spam filter. Type and styling are served from this domain itself rather than a shared font network, so no font provider watches you read.
Everything above describes what the site actually does today; when its behaviour changes, this page is rewritten to match.
